Acupuncture, Anxiety and Memory
Anyone who has ever experienced a situation of high anxiety (think public speaking, important test, new social situation) knows that memory slips away. The answers to the test disappear, people's names fade, and memorized speeches are forgotten. As anxiety goes up, memory goes down.
